Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all dishware, glassware, and kitchen utensils are clean and sanitized for all areas of the restaurant.
  • Maintain high standards of speed and quality when cleaning dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

  • Anticipate guest and restaurant needs by observing the environment and guest behavior.
  • Check in with guests in the dining room and take additional orders as needed.
  • Accurately enter orders into the POS system and manage cash transactions.

As the Pizzaiolo, you play a leading role as an expert in crafting our Neapolitan-style pizzas, using traditional methods and operating the pizza oven in our fast-casual environment. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Take on a leadership role as an expert in preparing Neapolitan-style pizza and managing pizza oven operations.
  • Prepare all food and beverage items to the highest standard, following recipes and procedures.
  • Anticipate and adapt to the flow of orders to ensure prompt completion of all pizza items.
  • Assist in training new team members for kitchen and dish area positions.
  • Set up and close your station accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain food quality control and productivity throughout your shift.

Job Purpose: At Via Cibo, we offer our guests a unique dining experience, where they can watch our skilled team prepare fresh, Italian-inspired dishes right in front of them. As an Supervisor/Assistant Manager, you’ll lead the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience that combines the flexibility of counter service with the quality of a sit-down restaurant. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest satisfaction, team development, food quality, financial performance, and maintaining safety and security standards. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Arrive in full uniform and ready for work 5 minutes before the start of each shift.
  • Oversee kitchen and back-of-house operations.
  • Assist with programming and maintaining Micros and KDS equipment.
  • Lead the hiring and training of new back-of-house team members.
  • Help with scheduling kitchen and dish area staff.
  • Manage inventory and generate food cost reports.
  • Assist with daily food preparation and ensure station readiness.
  • Promote staff productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate cleaning schedules and organize storage and shelving areas.
Duties:
  • Manage back-of-house staff, ensuring thorough training on equipment and food quality standards for all menu items.
